This little candle carries a much bigger story.
What began with the “Hot Girls Read” sticker grew into something especially meaningful: small businesses coming together to support one another when it matters most. Created in collaboration with sticker artist Miranda Brown of @readwithroocreations, this candle is a true heart project dedicated to helping Folklore Grove rebuild after a devastating fire.
Inside is our popular Blue Lava fragrance, a bright, joyful blend inspired by Volcano, with tropical fruits, crisp lemon and lime, and fresh exotic greens. Each candle is hand-poured in a soft pink hue using our premium soy-blend wax, finished with a tubular wooden wick, and adorned with the limited-edition “Hot Girls Read” sticker.
All proceeds will be donated to Folklore Grove’s rebuilding efforts. Because indie bookstores are more than places to buy books. They are gathering spaces, safe havens, and the heart of the reading community. This candle is about showing up for one another, lifting up fellow women-owned businesses, and proving how much good can happen when a community comes together.
