A few years ago, I traveled to Marfa, Texas for a friend's wedding and stayed at a small boutique hotel in the middle of the desert. Of all the memories I brought home from Marfa, I never expected a hotel hand soap to be one of them. But the combination of citrus, herbs, and cedar left such an impression that I found myself thinking about it long after the trip was over. Fresh herbs, citrus peel, and cedarwood. I found myself washing my hands more often than necessary just to smell it again.

Secret Garden is my interpretation of that memory.

Mandarin rind and petitgrain bring a bright citrus opening, followed by rosemary and lavender that give the fragrance its unmistakable herbal character. Atlas cedar anchors everything with a clean woodiness that keeps the scent feeling natural rather than sweet.

If you've ever walked through a garden after trimming rosemary, crushed an herb leaf between your fingers, or stepped into a well-appointed hotel where the fragrance is part of the experience, Secret Garden will feel familiar.
